We are thrilled that the Assistive Listening Device (ALD) is now up and running! People who have used the new system are impressed.
There was a problem with a cable that caused the system to malfunction. Kudos to Bruce Smith, our Times Squares hearing professional genius, and his colleague, Terrance Williams, at the Center for Hearing and Communication in New York City for finally figuring out the problem. We are so grateful to both of you for the many hours you devoted to this.
So, come let us impress you! Join us at our club night or upcoming lessons and have a listen in!
If you would like to use the system, there are three ways: 1) use of your own hearing aid connected to the receiver; 2) use of our ear buds with disposable tips; or 3) use of your own headsets connected to our receivers.
And we will always appreciate the generous donors who made this possible!
Thanks again!!
