The number of received registrations is much lower than anticipated, which would result in a finanical loss greater than anticipated. One that could severely harm the future of Times Squares. So, in negotiating an exit plan with the host hotel, an offer has been extended to simply move our contract forward to next year without any penalties. This is an offer too good to pass by. Brexit should have been this easy!
If you already registered for 2021 (thank you!), we appericate your enthusiasm and will be contacting you to refund, rollover, or transfer your registration. Others that had an unredeemed credit from 2020 will also be contacted to address your registration.
Plans are beng set in motion to host a modest affair, “The Phantom of the Fly-In”, on Saturday, October 23, at our beloved P.S. 3. More information will be forthcoming.
We look forward to seeing you in-person and dancing with you in Fort Lee. It will just be next year when we “Wheel Around Woodstock.” More details TBA.
