As the current issue of the newsletter was being put to bed, we received our final matching grant of $250 for the Assistive Listening System that put us over our goal. Many thanks to all of you.
In the October and November newsletters we will have more information and photos of the actual device and some personal stories.
We will be purchasing the system the last week of August and plan on getting it up and running during our September dances. It would be helpful if those of you who are planning on using the system could email Janet directly so there will be sufficient devices for the assorted hearing need levels.
